1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Nventory ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Subject to your purchase of a valid license key, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use the Software on the number of machines permitted by your plan (1 machine for Basic, up to 5 for Corporate, unlimited for Premium).

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Share, resell, or sublicense your license key to third parties.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.
  • Use the Software for any unlawful purpose.

4. Trial Period

The Software includes a free 14-day trial. After the trial expires, a valid license key is required to continue using the Software. Trial use is subject to these Terms.

5. Updates

Updates within the same major version are provided at no additional cost. Major version upgrades may be offered at a discounted price to existing license holders.

6. Intellectual Property

The Software and all related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Nventory. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nventory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke your license if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies in your possession.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, through binding arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Software or our website.
